  1. Open the App: Launch the Bastion Health mobile app on your device.
  2. Navigate to My Bastion Tab: Tap on the "My Bastion" tab to access your profile and personalized features.
  3. Click on My Health Records: Look for the "My Health Records" option and tap on it to access your medical history.
